That momentum continued into March 31, when Emarat Al Youm reported AED 3.57 billion in transactions across 1,178 deals in a single day. Off-plan dominated with AED 1.67 billion across 669 deals, while luxury sales included a Bluewaters Residences apartment for AED 90 million and an Armani Beach Residences unit on Palm Jumeirah for AED 48.96 million.
